Menopause Meet Up (St Helens)
The next Menopause Meet Up will take place in September 2025, after the summer break.
6.15pm for arrivals and refreshments, with a 6.30pm start and 8.00pm finish.
It’s a safe and comfortable space for learning and sharing about all things menopause. It’s all about women supporting women.
Thanks to the wonderful Chrysalis Centre, who support with the hosting of our meet ups, we have a great space in St Helens town centre, with plenty of parking available right next door (free after 6pm):

Menopause Monday in Coedpoeth
A safe and friendly space to talk and learn about all things menopause.
We start with a short education slot and then have plenty of time for general meno chat.
Our next meeting takes place on Monday 8th September 7-9pm.
These sessions take place in a private room separate to the pub itself. There is plenty of parking on site and there will always be a friendly face to meet and greet you.
