As a Licensed Menopause Champion and Organisational Development professional, my mission is to demystify menopause, providing support, guidance, and evidence-based information to individuals experiencing this phase of life and to those that support them.
This is a role I've wholeheartedly embraced since August 2022 after completing comprehensive training with the Menopause Experts Group.
In addition to 1-2-1 coaching support, training and hypnotherapy, my work extends into the corporate sphere, where through my extensive experience in organisational development, I am able to assist businesses in cultivating a compassionate and supportive environment for employees navigating menopause. I achieve this through the design and delivery of bespoke programmes of activity, ensuring links with vision, values, and wider strategy. What this looks like will be individual to your organisation, however some of the key elements that a programme might comprise of include:
At a community level, I am committed to giving back and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others. I dedicate time each month to design and host local menopause meet up groups, as well as delivering introductory talks to community based groups.
Being a Licensed Menopause Champion means being an advocate, an educator, and a support system. I'm here to help break down the barriers and stigmas surrounding menopause, offering advice and solutions tailored to both personal and professional settings.
My goal is to ensure that the journey through menopause is met with understanding and support, making it a less isolating experience for everyone involved. If you or your organisation are seeking to better understand and manage menopause, I'm here to guide you through.

Together, we can navigate the complexities of menopause with knowledge, compassion and support. Let's embrace this journey together and make menopause a topic we can all discuss openly and positively.
My own journey through peri-menopause in the last few years has been a steep learning curve to say the least, and there are some parts that I wouldn’t have wished on my worst enemy.
Against the backdrop of the pandemic alongside a whole host of peri-menopausal symptoms (the list was endless!), in May 2020 I found that for the first time in my life I experienced the loss of hope – something I never want to feel again. In hindsight, I now know the primary cause was the natural decline in my essential hormones that was impacting my mental health, as I’d been through a lot more stressful times in the past, including the loss of my parents, and had never felt that low or helpless.
It was through lots of research from evidence based resources, the support of my husband, family and friends and specialist menopause advice that I pushed myself forward and started to take action. Slowly but surely, I started to regain some sense of normality, enough to be able to move forward with my life again. Since then, I have committed to supporting and empowering other women to make sense of their own menopause journey and supporting businesses and their workforce to become menopause friendly.
